How Would You Like to Place Your Group Order?

  1. One Fully Coordinated Group Order
    All items are ordered and shipped together, ensuring your entire group’s attire arrives at the same time. A designated “helper” from your group works directly with a single point of contact at Formal Fashions to coordinate the order, manage payment, and arrange for one consolidated shipment to a single location—this is the most cost-effective choice.
  2. Partial Group Order with Individual Orders
    If some group members prefer to handle their own payments, no problem! Your “helper” will still work with our single point of contact at Formal Fashions to coordinate the bulk of the order. Individual orders will be processed and shipped separately to each member. During checkout, parents or group members can list the group or school they’re ordering for, allowing us to verify the correct items (based on information we have on file). This option provides flexibility while still streamlining much of the process through your helper, helping save on time and costs.
  3. Completely Separate Individual Orders
    Each member places their own order, manages their own payment, and works with their own designated point of contact at Formal Fashions. Orders will be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. During checkout, parents or group members can list the group or school they’re ordering for, allowing us to verify the correct items (based on information we have on file). While this option offers maximum flexibility, please note that shipping costs will be higher since the items aren’t consolidated.

    Request samples to view quality and size runs for the perfect fit. Our team will guide you through this process.
  7. Payment Options:
    Choose between group payments or individual payments based on your group’s needs. If a member of the group places their own order, it will no longer be part of the group order and will be considered a single/individual order.

Samples and Size Runs
Enhance the fitting experience with sample and size run orders:

  • Sample Orders:
    Provide a hands-on viewing experience of our quality garments to help you determine your style.
  • Size Run Orders:
    A size run allows each member to try on different sizes to find their best fit. Ready To Ship items will take approximately 1-2 weeks. For non-Ready To Ship items, the timeframe is up to four weeks. Size run garments are non-returnable but become part of your final order.

Payment Options:
We offer flexible payment methods to accommodate your group’s needs, whether through group payments or individual payments:

  • Group Payment:
    Your helper can coordinate the entire order, paying for everyone at once to benefit from reduced shipping costs and unified delivery.
  • Individual Payments:
    Members can pay Formal Fashions directly for their individual orders. Items will ship separately and to their own individual addresses, with each member working directly with their own point of contact at Formal Fashions.
